This Refund Policy governs all charges, subscriptions, and refunds related to services provided by XAutoBlog (“XAutoBlog,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). Please review it carefully. 1. Subscription Fees

Clients (XAutoBlog customers) are responsible for paying all subscription fees and authorize XAutoBlog (and its payment processors) to debit their bank account or charge their credit card, as stated on their membership and billing page.

  • All subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically.

  • Clients are solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (e.g., withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, VAT, GST, etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency.

  • If a client fails to meet their tax and/or duty obligations, they must reimburse XAutoBlog upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on their behalf and shall defend, indemnify, and hold XAutoBlog harmless against any claims and/or liabilities (including penalties) resulting from such failure.

 


 

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients acknowledge that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

  • To cancel a subscription, clients must log into their account and select “Cancel.”

  • Upon cancellation, a confirmation email with the subscription’s expiration date will be sent.

  • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their account is properly canceled. Failure to do so may result in continued charges.

  • For assistance with cancellations, clients can contact support at support@XAutoBlog.com before or on the payment due date.

 


 

3. Refunds

  • Free Trials: Some XAutoBlog subscriptions may include a free trial.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All subscription fees for XAutoBlog services are billed in advance on a monthly basis or for purchasable credits and are non-refundable.

  • No Prorated Refunds: XAutoBlog does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans.

  • No Partial Refunds: Refunds or credits will not be issued for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade changes, or unused months with an open account.

  • Recurring Subscriptions: All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each paid subscription period.

To ensure fairness and consistency, no exceptions will be made to this Refund Policy.
